The north tower of the World Trade Center fell at approximately 10:28 am on that fate day of September 11th, 2001. Based on factual events, 10:28 tell the story of a fictional character Joseph Rosario’s fated retelling of what happened on that fateful day and why he lived while so many of his close friends and co-workers did not.
